It has important dates for upcoming community events, instructions on how to vote for the new mural design, and a postage-paid survey for you to fill out. Thanks for participating, and we hope to see you on SATURDAY at the SWAP celebration!

It is so satisfying to know that people in Skyway are energized and hopeful about the future, as evidenced by an overwhelming response of surveys collected. The voice of the people is being heard, and will become the road map for improvement in the community. To date, we have received OVER 1,400 responses! It’s not too late to get your opinion into the Skyway/West Hill Action Plan, simply click on the “Open House Surveys” section of this website!
Interested in hearing what the community is saying are the top priorities for Skyway? We’re compiling and categorizing the responses we’re getting. The process is ongoing (and subject to change based on the responses), but here’s a sneak peek. Click on the link below to see top priorities ranked at our May open house on the topic of Art, Culture, and Innovation.

Last evening was the annual CSA (Community Service Areas) meeting in Skyway, with representatives from King County government and department heads. As usual, there were good questions from residents. Thank you to everyone who came out, and to the folks at King County who provide services, answer questions, and look for solutions. Here’s a picture of King County officials and some residents after the event.
